Who We are…..
Beardsmith are a six piece family band from Cheshire, consisting of Neil(dad), four sons, Graham, Gary, Ged, Gil and one sister, Alice. The band have been together for 12 years, firstly as a 4 piece, which included Neil(dad), Graham, Gary, and Ged, and then changed to a 6 piece in 2011. Even though Gil does not appear at every show he is still a permanent member of the band. Although Neil(dad) is not on some of the publicity pictures he still writes and plays with the band when they record and play live.
What we Do…..
Since the band started, we have aimed to be the very best we can be, which is the thought that is behind every live performance and every song we write and record. We are currently traveling the length and breadth of the country performing to packed venues of all shapes and sizes as well as writing and recording. We are also working on two brand new shows for 2013 more information coming soon.
The music we write is a mixture of all the types of music that we love, which includes the driving guitars of the big American rock bands mixed with the vocals of bands like Queen, plus a hint of Brit rock and a flavour of bands like Fleetwood Mac and The Eagles.
